RESERVATIONS – CREDIT CARD – PRE-AUTHORIZATION
Valid credit card details (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club) must be provided to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card number and expiration date will be verified using a checking sequence. It must be valid during your stay.
48h before your planned arrival date, the availability of funds on your card will be verified and the total amount pre-authorized. No payment will be processed. In case of a negative outcome of the availability check on your card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
The credit card used for the reservation must be presented at check-in.
Please, note that we cannot charge a credit card without the authorization of the owner. Therefore, if the name on the ID card or passport presented at check-in is not matching the one on the credit card, written permission from the cardholder must be presented. (Form on request). If the proof of ownership and the authorization cannot be validated. Another payment method must be provided as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
PAYMENT OF A FLEXIBLE RATE
Full payment for your stay is required at least at check-in. You will be advised accordingly when you make a reservation inquiry. Traveller’s cheques, personal cheques or cash in foreign currencies are not accepted for payment.
PAYMENT FOR A NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
The total amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS OF A FLEXIBLE RATE
You always can cancel your reservation but not always without cost. Cancellations and changes must be done in writing (e.g. email or fax). We do not accept cancellations or reservation changes by telephone or in-person. A confirmed reservation can be canceled or changed without any charge until 48 hours prior scheduled arrival date (for example if you book for an arrival on the 25th June you have until midnight Belgian time on the 22nd of June to cancel without any charge).
In case of non-arrival on the day (no-show) or cancellation (or change) less than 2 days before arrival, full payment for the number of nights confirmed at the time of booking will be charged on your credit card.
Reservations made less than 2 days prior to arrival can not be canceled or changed without charge.
Does not apply to a non-refundable room rate.
CANCELLATIONS FOR A NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
Cancellations and changes must be done in writing (e.g. email or fax). We do not accept cancellations by telephone or in-person. In case of cancellation, non-arrival on the day (no-show), or modification, your credit card will be charged for the full amount due for your reservation. No refund is possible. This charge is a penalty and not a payment, it is not possible to occupy the room.
MULTIPLE ROOM-BOOKINGS
Bookings of 5 rooms or more are considered a group booking. Special rates and conditions may apply. Please contact us at info@lebergerhotel.be with your request.
PACKAGES
Packages are sold as a whole. It is not possible to be refunded in whole or part for any services not used.
IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT
An official ID card or passport with a valid photo must be presented at the check-in. Driver’s license, residence permit, medical card, or any other documents won’t be accepted.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A damage deposit of 200,00€ is required on arrival. This will be preauthorized on a credit card at check-in. If you do not have a valid credit card, the deposit of 200,00€ will be paid on the premises preferably via Maestro, Bancontact or iDeal. We do not take the deposit in Cash. Your deposit will be refunded in full at the latest 48 hours after check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
BILLING
Please, inform the billing address to the receptionist at the latest at check-in. For companies, a VAT number is required.
NON-SMOKING HOTEL
We would like to recall our customers that our rooms and interior spaces are strictly NO SMOKING areas. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a fine of 120,00€ will be charged to the room. Ashtrays are available on the terraces and on the porch.
Quiétude des lieux
La quiétude des lieux est très importante pour la grande majorité de notre clientèle, c'est pourquoi nous insistons pour que le calme soit respecté dans les communs, dans le jardin, dans la piscine comme dans les chambres. Dans l'éventualité ou la réception devrait se déplacer pour rappeler le locataire à l'ordre, nous nous réservons le droit de retirer 50% de la caution comme préjudice. A la deuxième intervention ou si la première n'a eu aucun effet, nous procéderons à l'expulsion et conserverons l'intégralité de la caution. L'utilisation de protoxyde d'azote est également strictement interdite et aura les mêmes conséquence pour le contrevenant.
ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed on the hotel grounds.
CITY TAX
4,24€ (VAT included) per room and per night is a mandatory tax requested by the City of Brussels and will be collected at the hotel.
BREAKFAST
The breakfasts included in a rate are considered a "package" and rates cannot be modified.
If not already included in the room rate, the breakfast costs are:
- FREE for children less than 4 years old
- 9,00€ per night per child less than 12 years old
- 14,00€ from 12 years old and older
EXTRA BED / CHILDREN / BABIES
Maximum 1 baby cot on request can be provided free of charge in the room.
Maximum 1 baby (less than 4 years old) or 1 child (less than 10 years old) sleeps free of charge in existing bedding.
No extra bed available!
PARKING
We do not have parking slots available at the moment.
Swimming pool & GARDEN
Access to the swimming pool is limited to the hotel’s guests.
The access is offered and is considered a “package”. Therefore, rates cannot be modified if you do not use the facilities OR if the facilities have to be closed for reasons outside of our will.
LIABILITY
The pool is used at your own risk. The hotel accepts no liability for any loss or injury.
Children must be supervised at all times !
